HMS is committed to youth training in the workplace. We offer opportunities for young people within Merseyside to grow professionally and personally, enabling them to build the foundations of a successful career in their chosen area.
As part of our Succession Planning Strategy we have committed to recruit new trade apprentices to supplement the existing workforce, as well as Business Administration Apprentices.
Apprenticeship roles provide a structured learning environment with practical on the job training from quality construction staff. All apprentices are allocated a mentor throughout their training and receive ongoing support from managers.
