Over the last five years, we have undertaken planned maintenance projects with a total value in excess of £50 million.

Led by a dedicated Contracts Manager, our specialist planned maintenance teams programme, mobilise and deliver all kinds of maintenance and investment works in a domestic or commercial environment.

The team is supported by:

  • Site Managers
  • Quantity Surveyors
  • Customer Liaison Officers
  • Craftsmen and specialist subcontractors

Project delivery proposals are developed for clients and their customers. Where possible, we will also consult resident groups with regard to the scope of works. Where no resident group is established, we will try to involve local residents in the project.
